In November 2015 Active Strategy delivered two all-day sessions for IT employees. This session was dedicated to employees that are 1-2 years within our department. The purpose was to help them find inspiration and show how they can develop their career within our company. Sessions covered topics such as e.g. career management cycle, discovering individual talents, creating individual career vision. We received a very positive feedback from attendees and I would definitely recommend Active Strategy for future similar events.
