How can you recommend us?

1. Write a post on LinkedIn

You may not know if someone in your network currently has a problem we can solve. You can briefly mention on social media what we did for you.

It works best if it includes your key takeaway and the result you achieved. This recommends us while building your personal brand.

Your company could also share a post to highlight how it invests in the development of its managers and employees.

We are interested strictly in authentic opinions – no fluff or exaggeration needed.

2. Recommend us internally

Within your company / group of companies, to other departments, managers, or HR/ HR BP/L&D experts.

If we helped you or your team, it is very likely we can help other teams, departments, or even branches of your company.

If we are already working together and you have an email address to someone on our team, the best way is to send an email to your colleague and CC us.

You can recommend us in general terms:

I would like to introduce you to Active Strategy, a firm already in our vendor database. They developed a Leadership Academy / facilitated our management team workshop  / engaging training on…] for me. It’s worth getting to know them; they might be able to help you as well.

I’m sure they can tell you more themselves. I’ve CC’d them here so you can get in touch.

Or by referring to a specific challenge you’ve already discussed:

3. Recommend us externally – to friends in other companies

The world is small. You likely have friends in other companies and sometimes talk about work. Below is an example email you can send.

 

If we are already working together and you have the email address of someone from our team, the best way is to send an email directly to your friend/contact and CC us.
